Personally, I can perfectly understand the results that this type of attachment entails, I know that the confidence we have when we are adults depends a lot on the type of attachment that our parents have given us since we were little. In my case, I feel that I am a person who has a hard time socializing with people including my parents, even many times I am not able to tell them about my problems because I do not know how they will react and I know that they would help me to solve it but I know that during the process they will judge me or something.
